These terms govern your use of the Raquel Guardia website and mobile app. By using the site or app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The recipes, stories, photographs, guides, and other content are shared for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or train automated systems on the content without written permission. Recipes and recipe cards are for your own kitchen — please do not repost the full text or the downloadable cards elsewhere.

Some features — saving favorites, redeeming recipe cards, and membership — require a free reader account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time by email or through the in-app option where available.

• Digital guides, recipe cards, and the cookbook are sold through Stripe. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; delivery happens on this site.
• Recipe-card packs grant a set number of printable recipe-card downloads, redeemed one credit at a time. Credits are tied to the redemption code issued at purchase.
• Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly until you cancel through your account or by email.
• Because digital goods are delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case — if something is wrong with your order, write to hello@raquelguardia.com and I will make it right where I can.

When you leave a comment, rating, or guestbook note, you grant permission to display it on the site. Please keep contributions kind and on-topic. I moderate submissions and may edit, hide, or remove anything that is off-topic, spam, unlawful, or harmful. You are responsible for what you post.

All content — writing, recipes, photography, design, and the Raquel Guardia name and marks — is owned by Raquel Guardia or licensed for use here, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The linked brand sites (Guardia Designs, StellaSimone, Koffin Coffee) are operated by their respective owners.

The journal is provided "as is." Recipes and guidance are offered in good faith, but cooking involves risk and personal judgment — please use care, follow safe food-handling practices, and adapt for your own allergies and equipment. I am not liable for outcomes from following the recipes or advice shared here.

I may update these terms as the journal evolves; the "last updated" date reflects any change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
